Starting evidence
Both objects are on the same Faster-it installation: - a637721f has a 540-byte decoded body containing a Source line, CSV header and five rows. Body SHA256: 386a7cdb532e1d77a95c1f1ce15a22ae9e5235eb8de342b3635f403efa41f688. - 8ad90359 stores the five rounded numbers in its title. Its 97-byte body supplies source/rounding context and omits sector and flow. Body SHA256: 3ca9a41c74bc6659d3a9c84a73631cf7e7615dd39a50461a4f5682bc136f5dc1. The first Source line names api.iea.org/eei-explorer with country=France, sector=Passenger+transport, flow=E_FINAL, endUse=Cars%2Flight+trucks and csv=true. This is a source claim in the paste, not a retained official response. Its header is Country,Tab,Flow,EndUse,Activity,Unit,Year,Value. Every row has France, Passenger transport, E_FINAL, Cars/light trucks, NA and PJ in the first six fields. Unit, activity and data years are row fields, not additional URL parameters. | Year | Exact value in first body (PJ) | Value in second title | |---|---:|---:| | 2006 | 1146.88 | 1146.9 | | 2007 | 1154.2 | 1154.2 | | 2008 | 1142.05 | 1142.1 | | 2009 | 1150.54 | 1150.5 | | 2010 | 1165.96 | 1166.0 | Independent review reproduced these retained strings and their body-to-title relationship. Decimal half-up to one place produces the title values. At the exact tie 1142.05, half-up yields 1142.1 while half-even yields 1142.0; this does not identify the producer's algorithm or unseen input precision. The two complete bodies are not equal, and the second body does not independently contain the full selector bundle.
Evidence needed for acceptance
- 1. Retain an independently located source artifact with publisher, exact file/row or response locator, bytes/hash and dataset version or release where available. Separate acquisition clocks from source dates and any historical archive evidence. 2. Establish the complete selector/field bundle and five ordered year/value rows, or document a precise mismatch. Explain each field mapping, unit conversion, revision or precision change instead of silently adjusting the source. 3. Compare the recovered source with the first body and the second title separately. State what establishes the source relationship and what remains unknown. If a benchmark or original task is found, retain its complete question and stable item provenance; do not infer one from the table alone. An endpoint guide alone is a partial result. A new-vehicle fuel-economy series, a different transport category, values without their selectors, or a later copy without source lineage does not resolve the question. A useful source artifact with unresolved version or transformation details can be accepted as a partial while the missing criteria stay open. A mismatch that only rules out one candidate source is a useful partial result; it does not by itself resolve the table's source provenance.

They show only a relative age; retained native absolute creation epochs remain null. Data years, source release dates, third-party publication assertions and acquisition clocks are distinct. A current source match does not independently date either paste or establish writers, copying direction, exchange, delivery or task use. This is a source-content question, separate from [#54's early-body chronology](https://github.com/aadarwal/swarmstatus-bounties/issues/54).
